Service policies

We want your experience to be as clean as your home. Below is the full Service Agreement you accept when you book with EZ Mobile Cleaning Services.

Pre-existing damage

EZ Mobile Cleaning Services takes great care in every home, office, and clinic we enter. However, we are not responsible for damage that existed prior to our arrival, including but not limited to: broken or chipped tile, scratched flooring, warped wood, marred countertops, faulty fixtures, loose hardware, deteriorated grout, or paint that lifts during light cleaning. Our team will photograph any noteworthy pre-existing condition before service begins. If you'd like a damage walkthrough on arrival, please request one when you book.

Cancellation & rescheduling

You may reschedule or cancel any appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time at no charge. Within 24 hours, a $40 cancellation fee applies to cover crew time and routing. Same-day cancellations or no-access lockouts are billed at 50% of the booked total. Deposits are credited toward your next appointment whenever possible.

Access & security

If you provide an entry code, key, or smart-lock access, we will use it solely to perform the booked service and will never share it. Our crews are insured and bonded. If we cannot access the property at the scheduled time, we will attempt to contact you for 15 minutes before treating the visit as a no-access cancellation.

Quality guarantee

If you're not happy with any part of your clean, contact us within 24 hours and we'll return to make it right at no extra charge. Our shield is our promise — we don't consider the job done until you're satisfied.

Payment & deposits

A 25% deposit is collected at booking via Stripe to confirm your appointment. The balance is due upon completion. We accept all major credit cards. Tips are not expected but always appreciated and go directly to your crew.
